Order Confirmation

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email detailing the ordered items and your shipping information. Please check everything and contact us promptly in case of a mistake. If you didn't receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your Junk folder.

Processing & Delivery Time

We are a small studio and we print your orders on demand, once payment has been received. All prints are packed by us in our office in Santa Monica, CA. We process all orders in bulk batches ordered every Friday, so if you place an order on Tuesday it will go into that Friday’s bulk batch order. The prints typically take an additional 5-7 business days to make and then an additional 5-7 days to ship to you in the USA. You will receive email confirmations along the way.

Shipping in the United States

USPS / We ship in the United States for a flat rate of $12. Your print will be shipped in a cardboard tube or photo envelope via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping in the USA is currently taking 5-7 business days. We apologize for any delays with USPS shipping, however these are out of our control. You will receive a tracking number via email once it’s gone out.

International Shipping

USPS / The United States Post Office has become very expensive and not the most trustworthy of services in the past couple of years. We can offer 2 Priority International shipping choices for each international order. We know this is pricey, but this is the most cost-effective way that provides tracking all the way to your country:

– Priority Mail Express International : 5-10 days = $75
– Priority Mail International : 6-10 days = $45

Please note we are not responsible for how long your package will take to go through customs, or for any additional custom release fees, as it varies for each country.

STACKRY / We highly recommend that you use this FREE service for International Shipping. We’ve tested it out with trusted friends in the UK and the prints arrived safely with no issues. Sign up for Stackry which assigns you a shipping address in the United States. We’ll ship to that address for the cost of US shipping, where the package gets stored in a locker. Stackry will bulk ship it overseas for much less cost to you, and with tracking directly to your address. For example, you can choose FedEx (10-15 days) or Global Mail Direct (6-15 day shipping) for around $20. They also offer express shipping options if you need the prints quickly, and they will handle all customs forms required for your home country. And you’ll receive notifications all along the way!

International Shipment Failures & Customs Disclaimer

We have no control over your countries specific post office and customs processes. It is NOT our responsibility for the following things that can go wrong with international shipments. We will not issue a refund in any of these cases:

  • Packages being held in customs in destination country post offices

  • Packages requiring additional fees to be released from customs in destination country

  • Failure to pick up package from post office if delivery was not successful

  • Failure to be available at destination address to receive shipment

  • Failure to provide a correct shipping address at purchase

Where is my Order?

With so many variables out of our control, once an item is turned over to USPS for delivery we can not be held responsible for any delayed, lost or missing packages! Please contact your local carrier for additional help with the tracking number provided.

Refunds & Damaged Items

Unfortunately, we can’t control what happens to a package once it leaves us and goes through the United States Postal Service. If you receive your print and it’s damaged, please notify us within 7 days by replying to the confirmation email you received when you ordered. You must send detailed photographs of the damage so that we can assess the refund amount, if any, on a case-by-case basis.

We do not do reprints free of charge since these are all made-to-order. We may offer a partial refund for the original cost depending on the situation and you can keep the prints. The shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sales Tax

We are required to pay sales tax on all online sales made to customers in California. Anyone outside of California is not required to pay tax. We charge a statewide base tax rate of 9% which is an average for all counties in the state.
